Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the ThinkInn service — an AI-powered guest concierge for hotels, delivered through a website chat widget, WhatsApp messaging, and a staff dashboard. By subscribing to or using ThinkInn, a hotel ("you") agrees to these terms.
The service
ThinkInn answers guest questions using the information and rules your hotel provides, escalates conversations to your staff when a human response is needed, and gives your team a dashboard to monitor and reply to conversations. Where included in your plan, ThinkInn integrates with your property-management system to keep its answers accurate.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate hotel information (policies, services, rates context) and keep it up to date — ThinkInn answers from what you give it.
- Ensure you have the right to connect the WhatsApp number and website where the service runs.
- Inform your guests about the use of an AI assistant and the processing of their data, as required by applicable law.
- Keep staff dashboard credentials confidential and use the service only for lawful hotel-operations purposes.
Our responsibilities
- Operate the service with reasonable skill and care, and target high availability.
- Escalate to your team and alert you by email when the AI cannot or should not answer.
- Process guest data only on your behalf and under your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy and data-processing terms.
- Keep your hotel's data isolated and stored within the EU.
AI-generated responses
ThinkInn generates responses automatically from your hotel's data. While the service is designed to answer accurately and to escalate instead of guessing, AI-generated answers may occasionally be imperfect. You remain responsible for your hotel's policies and commitments to guests; ThinkInn's escalation and dashboard tools exist so your team always has the final word.
Subscriptions and payment
The service is offered on monthly subscription plans as published on our website. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Plans can be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period. We will give reasonable notice of any price change before it takes effect.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend the service in case of non-payment, misuse, or security risk, and will tell you why. On termination, we delete or return your hotel's data in line with our retention commitments.
Liability
Neither party excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
